Affluence travels will process the refund only after getting the refund request or claim by email or through the booking section of the website. Affluence Travels shall not be liable in any case where the flight company and hotel declare itself insolvent or inoperational for any reason. 


Processing Time- Refunds may take up to 24 hours to process internally. After processing, it may take up to 7 days for the refund to appear in your account. Affluence Travels processes the refund after receiving  it from the service partners. Due to the bank procedures the refund to the credit cards may take a bit longer than usual. It could take up to 2 billing cycles for the credit to reflect on your statement. 

Payment Method for Refund- Refunds are issued to the original method of payment (e.g., debit card, credit card). An email will be sent describing the refund amount and expected timeline. Refunds are subjected to the third party service provider. 

Third-Party Charges- Charges from third parties (e.g., airlines, rental companies) will be refunded by them directly, not by the original company. Customers should contact the third party for refund inquiries.

Specific Services

Flights- Depending upon the category of the booking the amount is refunded. This may also be refunded fully if cancelled within 24 hours of booking. This precisely depends on the guidelines of the airline. Non-refundable flights may offer alternative flight credits instead of cash refunds.

Hotels- Most hotels refund fully if cancelled before the cancellation deadline. Non-refundable hotel bookings do not offer refunds, regardless of payment method.


Other Activities- Refund possible if cancelled before the activity's cancellation deadline. Some activities are non-refundable. These services are completely on the terms of the provider.
